Nexumia – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Nexumia.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You can legally enter into a contract
• All account information you provide is accurate
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Accounts & Login

To access Nexumia you must create an account using:

• Email + password
• Google OAuth login

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Not sharing or reselling access to Nexumia

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 General Policy

Nexumia provides digital services and subscription-based access to our platform.

Because all features, tools, and digital content are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By subscribing to Nexumia, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not provide refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions
• We do not prorate unused time
• We do not provide refunds due to lack of use, change of mind, or personal circumstances
• This applies to all purchases, including renewals and upgrades.

3.2 Free Trials

If Nexumia offers a free trial:

• You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically and will be non-refundable.

3.3 Subscription Renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
• You may cancel anytime from your Nexumia dashboard or by contacting support.
• Canceling prevents future charges, but does not refund past payments.

3.4 Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks harm independent platforms and violate our Terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Disable or terminate accounts associated with chargebacks
• Pursue recovery of expenses incurred
• Block future access to Nexumia services

Please contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect.

3.5 Exceptions

• We may offer refunds only if required by law in certain regions (e.g., statutory cooling-off periods).
• These laws vary by country and may not apply to digital services that are consumed immediately.
• Outside of legally required cases, no exceptions are made.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nexumia for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
• Access, copy, or distribute our content or code without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the platform
• Automate access without explicit authorization
• Use Nexumia for fraud, spam, or impersonation

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, interfaces, text, branding, and software on Nexumia are the exclusive property of Nexumia and its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the platform for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute Nexumia
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative products based on our platform

6. Service Availability

Nexumia is a global digital service.

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free performance
• Specific results or outcomes

We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect fraud or misuse
• Required for compliance or legal reasons

You may cancel anytime in your account settings, but no refunds are issued for termination or cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Nexumia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days

We are not responsible for damages arising from:

• Downtime
• Lost data
• User error
• Third-party services (Stripe, Google, etc.)

Some regions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers

Nexumia provides its Services “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Continuous uptime
• Fitness for a specific purpose
• That the service will meet your expectations

All use is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

Continued use of Nexumia after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico unless a different jurisdiction is required by your local regulations.

Disputes will be resolved through legally permitted methods in your jurisdiction.
